It’s a 101 Dalmatians unbirth comic/animation.

In it, we see the scene where Pongo tells the puppies to roll in the soot to hide themselves, but instead of having them roll in the soot, Pongo has the idea to have Perdy unbirth all 99 puppies, telling the puppies “come on kids, climb up your mother’s pussy”. Perdy lays down and reluctantly allows her 99 babies back into her womb, saying “oh” getting a goofy smile as Rollie goes in, due to him being so fat he causes her mother get sexually high, to which Pongo replies “Woah Perdy, not yet dear”. The comic/animation ends after all 99 puppies are in Perdy’s womb and the two lucky parents get out to the van covered in soot to disguise themselves, and the two have a sweet moment admiring Perdy’s new pregnancy, with Pongo telling her she did great.
