Extended pregnancy

I've had a couple ideas that toy with this premise, though sadly nothing solid.

One was just the notion that a pregnancy born of cock voring someone and ejaculating them into someone's womb could last longer than nine months as the reforming prey continues to grow past infancy inside them, though it wouldn't necessarily take a 1:1 amount of time for them to grow back to their original age.

The other was a vague idea more related to permapreg/birth transfer but basically involving some kind of child or prey that for some reason or another was not allowed to be born, but between its growth rate and her body eventually trying to birth it anyway, no one mother could hold it for long enough, so there was this almost monk-like group of women who would train their wombs for the burden and then transfer birth the "child" amongst each other in a cycle when one of them could not carry it any longer, without ever actually letting it be properly born into the world and thus not violating/triggering the prophecy or letting it escape or whatever.
