Silver Dragon Rising (Whitebrand and Redfield)

[Whitebrand]

Brand didn't have to be told twice. He felt very stupid. Of course the bush would be full of berries. The bunnygirl hadn't taken any of them for a reason.

Laying down felt much better though. At least he felt a little more stable as the world began to spin.

[Redfield]

"This will delay us" Sylph says dropping the rolled up rug besides Brand, a small smile on her face, she slipped off her backpack as well. "Still we won't be hurting for food at least" she gave a small laugh, moving to give the dragon a playful pat on the head, her other hand moved to double check her dagger was present in case they needed she glanced over to the rabbit girl.

The barefoot bunny move forward cautiously across the grass towards the dragon, coming up alongside Sylph she reached out slowly with a finger to poke at the dragon before quickly moving back towards the bush she'd eaten from.

Brand barely reacted. He made a mumbling sound in some language Sylph hadn't heard before...probably draconic...and remained where he was.

Stupid, stupid, stupid... he was thinking as he lay there trying to shake off the effects of the cursed berries. The bunny girl had seen him make this mistake and hadn't said or done anything either. At least it wasn't fatal as he had first feared, or Sylph probably wouldn't be so calm. He lay there breathing deeply while his system dealt with the strange chemicals, not quite able to actually sleep but feeling very drained.

[Redfield]

The elven woman gently pet the boy's head, she moved about plucking up one of the striped berries, before moving to the bush to grab some of the edible berries and kept them close to her. Sylph took a moment to examine the difference, between the two closely, though the striped berry was familiar she found it to be a variant she hadn't spotted before. "Just take it easy, there's no need to rush these things, young one."

The bunny girl moved forward seeming to become more brave, moving back to brand she reached out to gently rub the her hands against his scales flashing a small smile to the dragon.

[Whitebrand]

Brand made a "mrrr" sound of approval.

"Gotta...get home," he said, but this words were slurred by the tranquilizer. "Baran...Sophie...Ayla..."

There were other named but this voice drifted into a mumble.

[Redfield]

"Once this wears off we can set off again, next time don't put anything in your mouth without showing it to me first." Sylph says gently resuming her petting after tossing the uneaten berries away, they rolled harmlessly across the ground.

Sylph looked about pulling her hands away from Brand and taking the time to perform some proper stretches, she looked up between the leaves above, the sky darkened a little clouds blocking out the harsh sunlight. The elven woman allowed a small laugh to escape her lips, this was just fine with her it could stand to be a bit cooler, she stepped away from the dragon and rabbit moving over to look through one of the bushes. Popping a couple of berries into her mouth the elf moved to examine one of the trees nearby, she didn't get too close but she could see a large plant snaking it's way up the trees, white flowers here and there, and a large yellow bulb that almost seemed to turn in her direction as she got closer. The elven woman took a small step back, just to be on the safe side.

The barefoot rabbit, whose name was Velvet sighed as she felt the cool scales against her skin, her rabbit eats twitched a little and she gave a reassuring smile to the dragon. She didn't think she was going to go with them of course, but she realised she probably wouldn't be able to get this close to a dragon again so decided to enjoy it. Velvet allowed a soft giggle to escape her lips as she rubbed the dragon's body. Velvet moved around to sit in front of the dragon boy, on her knees with her feet tucked under her butt she cautiously reached out to pet the hatchling's head.

Brand responded to the petting with approving sounds, tilting his head to give Velvet better access.

Behind Sylph, more white-flowered vines seemed to climb up the trunks of the trees her back was to. The bulb continued to bob and wave, drawing her attention while the true threat set itself up for an ambush. Whatever sensory organs this thing had approved of its prospective prey.

[Redfield]

Velvet smiled at the noises coming from the small dragon and continued to move her hands across the top his head, her slender figures gently rubbing the back of it, a very faint blush upon her cheeks.

Sylph raised an eyebrow as she looked to the moving bulb, her ears twitching slightly ad her pink lips shifted into a sly grin. The elven woman allowed her arms to hang down by her waist, keeping one hand on the handle of her dagger. A small sigh escaped her lips and she cast a quick glance back towards the bunny and dragon.

[Whitebrand]

The creeping vines were close to the ground so she might not have spotted them in that quick glance. At that moment the vines struck, wrapping around her limbs and covering her mouth with practices ease.

[Redfield]

Sylph's eyes widened as a look of alarm flashed across her face, her legs pinned together arms pinned to her side, she was thoroughly gagged. The elven woman squirmed, to try and pull away though she had no luck she was glad her hand was on her dagger and hoped an opportunity to use it might pop up.

[Whitebrand]

The bulb began to lower itself closer to the ground as the bound elf was dragged towards it. The bulb split open to reveal a toothless mouth and a long, lolling tongue. The thing drooled visibly as the elf was pulled closer.

Brand was oblivious in his drugged state, though still not asleep.

[Redfield]

Sylph watched the bulb move about, she raised an eyebrow as the the plant seemed ready to accept her a the day's meal, possibly more who knows how long it'd take her to digest. The elven woman dug her boots into the ground but it didn't slow her down and she soon found herself inches from the bulb.

Velvet didn't seem to have noticed what was going on with Sylph at that moment as she was distracted by the novelty of petting a dragon hatchling.

[Whitebrand]

The tongue of the bulb began snaking its way up Sylyph's toned legs, tasting her skin the entire way. As it got higher between her thighs, though, it seemed to become more aggressive and determined. In moments the tip of the tongue was trying to slide under the hem of her skirt and into her more intimate spaces. The bulb's mouth drooled even more obviously.

As Velvet continued to pet the little dragon, one of his rear legs started vibrating, kicking slightly in reaction to her pleasant touch.

[Redfield]

Sylph narrowed her eyes at the exploration of the tongue and she began to squirm more vigorously to try and pull away. Though unlike the man from before the plant was more adept at restraining others. The elven felt the tongue try to push under her shorts and she clenched her fists, she may not be able to move but she could still cast. Her cheeks flushed and her hands began to heat up, whisps of smoke began to emerge from her palms.

'Like a wolf' Velvet thought to herself as the dragon's leg began moving and a playful laugh escaped the rabbit's lips.

[Whitebrand]

[¡]Kick. Kick. Kick. Kick.[/i]

The little dragon's involuntary kicking soon stopped, but it would resume soon enough. He settled down a Velvet continued to pet him.

Suddenly he sensitive ears detected the faint sound of struggle nearby, and here nose caught the smell of flames. When she turned to look she saw the elf bound and held down by the flowered vines of a plant she had Bern taught to avoid. Clearly these strangers had enjoyed no such instruction.

The hot and slick tongue curled around the shorts under Sylphs skirt. Any second it would surely tear it away. The plant did not react to the still-buddimg flames.

[Redfield]

Sylph squirmed against the vines that held her, the palms of her hands would heat up and whisps of black smoke emerged from her ski. Her elven ears twitched and her cheeks seemed to heat up even more, a muffled groan would escape the elven woman's mouth. There was the sound of a 'pfft pfft' emerging from her hands as golden fire burst forth, they coiled around her arms like a snake moving up towards the plant and the elven woman's struggle stopped as her golden flames made contact with the vines holding her arms.

In a moment the elf was sure the plant would recognise the fire as a threat and decide that pursuing her was not worth the effort.

[Whitebrand]

Instantly the plant released the elf. The vines retracted and the bulb's mouth almost closed on its cursed tongue. The thing retracted into the deeper forest, skittering and slithering as fast as it could manage away from the flames. Sylph was free and the plant-thing was gone in moments.

Brand remained in his stupor.

[Redfield]

Sylph grinned, the golden flames disappeared as she watched the plant retreat a small sigh escaped her lips and she pushed herself to her fee, casually brushing herself down as she did. The elven woman was glad she'd learnt fire magic it sure came in handy in cases like this, she turned around and walked back over towards the dragon and bunny. She put a hand on Brand's side "so are you feeling any better?" she asked the hatchling a gentle grin upon her face.

[Whitebrand]

The little silver just murmured. He'd eaten quite a few of the berries out of hunger, and now he was paying the price. It would be awhile before the effects were off.

[Redfield]

Sylph nodded looking down to the dragon hatchling it seemed that they would be there for sometime. The elven woman stretched looking over to Velvet, the rabbit getting up having at last had her fill of petting the small dragon. Her elven ears twitched and she stepped back across the grass, moving to sit beneath a tree, but not before checking to see if there were any predatory plants nearby.

The alluring bunny Velvet moved away from Brand, looking between dragon and elf for a moment her rabbit ears twitched and she moved to lean against another tree, performing her diligence first. A calm moved across the clearing as everything seemed to be peaceful at that moment in time...
