Here are some of the resources that I have found:
- https://textadventures.co.uk/: This is the best site I have found so far. The rules seem perfectly fine with NSFW material and they accept games in multiple formats, including the Quest system that is far more powerful than infinite-story.com's system.
- https://www.chyoo.com/: This seems like a promising but bare-bones website associated with http://literotica.com/
- https://infinite-story.com/: This is a very interesting site that may be the best I have found. It has branching-path stories, but it also has some ability to remember the reader's past choices. This is a nice improvement, but still frustrating in its limitations. Importantly, it has a content rating system that allows for explicitly adult content.
- https://itch.io/: As it happens, itch.io allows adult content: https://itch.io/docs/creators/faq#is-adult-content-allowed, so that is an option for posting interactive fiction games if nothing better is available. You can use Twine to make a vore game and post it to itch.io, but can it supply a community of people who enjoy and create adult interactive fiction?
- https://chyoa.com/: Is an interactive fiction website much like infinite-story.com but with far more powerful interactive features. Unfortunately chyoa.com has rules that are very restrictive regarding violence, which makes it not ideal for vore. The kind of vore I tend to write would not be acceptable. In general, it is not fun for the creative process to know that you are restricted on what you are permitted to write.
- https://cyoa.club/: This app seems promising, but I was not able to get it working. I suspect it's not a real thing.
- https://www.reddit.com/r/AIFCentral/: Has been banned from reddit due to being unmoderated. That is frustrating.
- https://v-recommended-vidya.fandom.com/wiki/Adult_Interactive_Fiction_(AIF): This is a resource that lists many games and several websites, but it seems to be old and the links that it gives mostly do not work.
- http://www.aifcommunity.org/: At the time of writing, this website seems to be down, but it sounds promising.
- Twine is a powerful tool for creating interactive fiction.
- TADS is also a powerful system that seems like it might be able to create web games, but for some reason there does not seem to be any TADS games on itch.io.
- Inform is another option.
Does anyone know of any great ways to make and share NSFW interactive fiction that are missing from this list?
