I remembered an app game I found a little while ago called
Dragon Pow that had light vore elements to it. It's a bullet-hell game where the main gimmick is your dragon's ability to devour enemy bullets and bosses. Enemy Bullets are inhaled by your dragon and released as stronger shots based on what abilities you took that run, like exploding shots or a wave attack. Bosses appear at the end of every stage and are made from dragon artifacts; you beat the boss, you eat the boss, and you get the artifact. Finally, the game has gacha elements where you can get different forms for your dragon.
Notes:
- I played this back in late November and the game has been since updated, so I don't know if anything changed.
- I only played up until I beat the last boss of the first area, The Big Bad Wolf (It threatens to eat you).
- You get new abilities for progressing through stages so I likely have missed possible future abilities, like being able to eat small enemies outright.
- I was playing to see if the game had any belly expansion for BC Wiki, (I didn't find any, but maybe there'll be some in the future).
- Your dragon is female, she has banter with you, she often talks about eating (usually enemies), and each dragon form has an equivalent human form.

Sansara Naga games for the NES and SNES. Nothing too interesting, these RPGs allowed you to feed your dragon enemy corpses or "trophies" to increase its stats and affect its growth.
The first game is notable in that certain human enemies, like the Hoverpool sewer thieves, left behind trophies. These trophies would usually raise your dragon's stats by a good amount at the cost of your dragon's "Sympathy/Morality" stats. Sympathy governs whether your dragon listens to you and Morality seemingly determines if it will become the best breed, a white dragon. Although, these two stats can be fixed with rather expensive dragon toys.
Both games were Japanese only, but a fan translation exists for the first game -
