Exactly, maw shots are great to start off, or just for simple viewing pleasure. I love to look at wet, dripping maws just whenever. I'd have it as phone/computer wallpapers too if people wouldn't see them often, which unfortunately they do. What turns me on?

Nice, round - bodied prey. Doesn't have to be grossly fat, but plump and soft is a definite yes to me.

Licking, sucking, and nibbling; getting a good, solid taste of the prey before the actual eating begins, particularly with the prey aware of what's going on as he feels the movements across his skin.

Dehumanizing/de-anthropomorphizing the prey, especially unwilling prey that has to be conquered as the predator transforms him into a meal. Very fun if the pred continuously compliments the prey in unsettling ways for how he looks/tastes/smells delicious.

A picky pred, who takes time to make sure the prey has both the right look and is seasoned to perfection, particularly if he chides the prey for being unruly or uncooperative. Maybe even going out of his way to straighten the meal's hair or position his limbs just right. Or even decorate the body with small appetizers. This is the same whether or not there is cooking involved. And while we're on the subject...

Cooking. Love the prey being subjected to getting cooked, adds to the whole "becoming food" scenario for me.

Lots of description from the prey's point of view as he undergoes his transformation, perhaps feeling the brush, or fingers stroking him and only able to contemplate the fact he'll soon be nothing but someone's dinner.

The pred planning to make a trophy from his prey, whether it be planning to have the poor sod's head mounted on a wall or getting a photo of the tenderling before he's gobbled up.


All I can really think of for now, but those do serve as my main turn-ons.

As I said in my reply to turn-offs, vore is not usually inherently sexual for me, and the majority of vore doesn't get me going. What I've been discovering though...

- "Unconventional" vore. EG: A creature with specific anatomy for vore. One recent I found wan an incubus who's penis would split open into a three-part mouth, and another demon that turned their body into a "peel" that would wrap themselves around their prey
- Of course, blatantly sexual vore. Vore where the prey (and maybe pred) are actually getting off to it. Specifically the pred using their tongue to play with the prey inside of their mouth.

Oh, well.
A delicious, scared prey completely subjugated by a monstrous predator's malignity.
A prey that would give or do anything to be spared from the predator's hunger.
A prey torn out between the pleasure received from the predator's malicious playfulness and the terror felt for that predator and what it's about do do next.
Multiple preys trapped and awaiting their doom. Multiple predators hunting or preparing their meals togheter, or enjoying them before dinnertime. Other submitted preys forced to serve said predators and maybe tend to their less lucky fellows. This kind of things.

(On a side note, I love my predator to be in that size gap that allows them to easily overpower and swallow their prey, without being too big to fully enjoy it; a good prey must be a satisfying mouthful, not a squishy candy)
