Feline

A feline is just about any type of cat you can imagine. Lions, tigers, housecats, leopards, cheetahs, and many more all fall under this category. Most are known to be agressive hunters, though preferences between hard and soft or pred and prey vary. Cat species are generally known for their more stealthy abilities, making it easier to track prey down and surprise them unawares. Moving silently through a dense jungle growth or grassy plain might be a good example. Coupled with their nighttime vision and acute hearing, felines are ideal for nocturnal predation. As for digestive abilities, cats are known to play with their prey before either ripping it apart or swallowing it whole, provided they are small enough. For some species, size may not be a problem. Once inside, the prey may be held or digested according to preferences, once again. However, housecats are well known for hacking up furballs.
