Attack any enemy or NPC (except bosses) to swallow them. Once swallowed, they'll start to digest, taking damage over time and healing you. You can spit them back out with right-click, or wait for them to fully digest. Once they've fully digested, you can dispose of them with another left-click to empty your belly and get their item drops as if you killed them normally.</p>
