Phew, it's just the button that the Murkrow (you're assuming) accidentally ate. Rectal muscles pull you and the button forward, you're so close to the exit! You can feel it!
Back outside, Murkrow can feel it too. They swoop down and land on the ground. The odd sensation they feel is.. turning them on a bit. They use their wings to rub their lower gut for a little while, until a gurgle can be heard..
