You slide out of your bed, the motive pushing you the only thing that can defeat the comfort of lying in bed forever: the discomfort of having an empty stomach. You shamble down the hallway outside of your bedroom, probably able to be mistaken for a zombie by somebody who's forgotten their glasses. You trudge down the stairs, the one thing keeping you from taking a mid-step nap the fear of falling. As soon as you reach the bottom of the steps, you hear an odd clicking sound coming from the hallway to your right.
