Space Problems - Page 1 - Space Problems - By Dragonblaze - Overview
Welcome to Space Problems!

This time, you're in space! Congratulations!

Good news and bad news. You have stumbled upon an unexplored sector of space, with planets that no one has explored.

And the good news? Well… that was the good news.

Bad news is, you have no way of reporting this to any space station. Your interstellar drive is damaged and will need repairs. You have to survive out here until then.

The rules for this adventure are as follows;

No M/M or F/F.
No Hard Vore.
No severely inappropriate content.
Proper Grammar and Phrasing.
Keep story legitimate.

That's it for rules.

Good luck!

You dropped out of lightspeed, the shock of the randomly calculated warp jump shoving you in your seat, but you hold yourself steady. That was a close one.

"Terra, system report." You say to your AI companion.

"Hull integrity remains at 68%. Shield strength at 0%, but will soon begin recharging. Engines are at 88% integrity. Weapon systems temporarily disabled, and will require time to repair. Life Support is at 100%, and Thermal Shielding is also at 100%. We are still capable of atmospheric entry. Fuel capacity is at 62%. No abnormalities detected." Terra, your AI, gives you the system report, her monotone yet slightly emotional feminine voice never faltering or stuttering.

"Good. Find us a planet to land on." You say, and Terra disappears from your view as she begins conducting interstellar scans.

"Captain, I have detected several unidentified celestial bodies. This sector of space has not been explored before. We are likely the first to arrive here." Terra reports.

You stare out as the viewport retracts the blast shields, revealing to you a solar system with several planets, all unidentified, revolving around two stars that orbit one another. None of this is familiar.

"Terra, are the planets habitable? Are they safe for ground-based exploration?" You ask.

Terra does a quick scan of each planet, and appears next to you on her holoboard. "Scans indicate several of the planets are habitable and support life. Multiple planets will require life support systems to explore, and one of the habitable planets has an excess amount of oxygen." Terra says.

"So, I could have problems there." You mutter. "Any other abnormalities?"

"Scanning." Terra flickers for a few seconds. "Scans indicate severe abnormal activity on two planets. One is habitable while the other is not. Speaking of which, the uninhabitable planet with previous mentioned abnormal activity is being flagged as the most dangerous planet in this solar sector. I would advise against exploring the planet until you have any sufficient means to conduct safe exploration." She states.

"So, only five of the planets are safe, and one has too much oxygen. Must be primarily plant based." You mutter, as you read the information provided to you. "Terra, how long will it take to reach any of the planets?"

"Not long Captain. I believe we can start at this planet…" Terra brings up a holographic display of a lush green planet. "However, the decision of which planet to explore first is up to you." Terra finishes.

You review the data currently provided by each planet, weighing your options.

Which planet do you go to first?

(Each planet will have their own strengths and weaknesses. Several will require life support. You will need a lot more resources and equipment to explore 4 of the planets. All 9 planets will be divided into groups of 3. The first 3 are all habitable. The second 3 are habitable except for one, with one of the 2 habitable planets having more oxygen. The third and final 3 are all uninhabitable. All of them will provide unique challenges for you to overcome.)
