Ino swung her kunai, aiming straight for the straps of the Behemoth's Tongue. But, at the last second, Marunomi moved her arm out of the way causing Ino's kunai to strike nothing but air. Ino, momentarily startled that her maneuver, was unable to counteract as Marunomi struck her in the back with her left arm. The impact was so great that it sent Ino flying away.
"Hmph, nice try," Marunomi said. "You were quite close."
Suddenly, the Behemoth's Tongue began to audibly hum and glow with energy. Marunomi noticed and smiled.
"But now, it's lunch time," she said.
Marunomi raised her arm and pointed the Behemoth's Tongue at Ino who struggling to get back on her feet. Marunomi pulled a trigger that activated the device and, just like before, a long beam of energy shot out of it. The coiling tongue-like beam headed for Ino at an incredible speed. By the time Ino had noticed it, it was too late as the beam had made contact and wrapped around her body.
Ino cried out as a strange pervasive energy permeated her body. Then, in almost an instant, her entire body condensed into a small glowing orb, silencing her screams.
Marunomi then pulled her arm back, causing the beam to retreat back into the device. Still tied up by the beam, the newly-transformed Ino was flung towards Marunomi and then, part way through, was unraveled and flew freely through the air. With her prey heading straight towards her, Marunomi licked her lips and then lunged forward, opening her mouth incredibly wide. In a split second, the Ino orb, about the size of a melon, landed right inside Marunomi's open maw and the rogue ninja snapped her jaws shut, engulfing her. Marunomi moved the orb to the back of her throat and then, with one mighty gulp, swallowed Ino whole. The orb quickly traversed Marunomi's esophagus and then finally settled as it landed in her stomach. Marunomi's formerly flat stomach bulged out noticeably to make room for its new occupant.
Pleased with her meal, Marunomi caressed the new curve of her belly. "Ahh, tasty," she said.
Hinata and Temari, meanwhile, now back on their feet, looked in horror at what had just transpired. The only sound came from Hinata, who let out a piercing shriek, "INO!"
