You decide to confront the persian. You yell out, "hey I see you up there!"
"Huh," the persian hops down from the branch and lands on the path with little sound. "So you see me but that doesn't mean you won't be my lunch," he says in a soothing deep voice.
"I just want to pass..."
"...and what would I get out of that? An empty stomach?" He begins to move in a counterclockwise direction. You match his moves. You remember to never turn your back on a predator. "Hmmm..." he sniffs the air "maybe there is something else I want from you."
"What would a beast like you want from me?"
"You see, my life is a tragedy. I was forced to leave the city where I was born and raised for... reasons," he says with a devious grin. "And the forest for a cat like me has little... opportunity."
"I don't get what you mean."
"Hmmm... how do I explain. I haven't had a female... entertain me in years. Well except that pidgeotto but I don't really count cloacae"
"Oh..." you say timidly. A shiver runs down your spine. You aren't sure if it's from fear or excitement.
"I'll tell you what, you are a young beautiful pikachu, if you have sex with me I'll let you pass. Cats honor."
"How do I know you won't kill me anyways?"
"I guess you don't but you are trapped now," you look around you have traded places with the persian. He is blocking your path back! "If you run I'll eat you anyways."
He's right he is much stronger and probably faster. A battle will most certainly end in death. If you get closer you could thundershock him. He will shake it off quickly but this might buy enough time to run. You have a few options. You could run down the main path, go on the smaller path that runs along the river, or just run into the brush on the left and hope to lose him in the woods. What do you do?
