At the base of the radio tower, there's a small building attached to it that seems to contain a DJ studio. A neon light near the front gate reads, Predator Island Radio™, and beyond that gate you can see the entrance is open. Somebody is playing music inside. There's also a Jeep covered in mud that had been equipped with off-road tires, which is parked just past the front gates. There's also an unpaved jungle road leading away from this property, and possibly to civilization.
