You force yourself up to your feet, but your stance is uneasy. It feels like you're going to trip and fall over, but eventually you manage to stagger along. The more you walk, the better you start to feel, but you're still as hungry as can be. Isn't there something around here you can eat?
Since it's at least bright out, you have a chance to check your surroundings in order to decide your next move. There's a hill close by with a great big radio tower that looks to be abandoned. Then again, maybe it's not. If nothing else, the tower would be an excellent vantage point for you to survey the rest of the island.
