Your status throughout the local area is generally well known as a Pokemon Medical Doctor. You don't have any official certification - because no such schools for Pokemon exist. Nonetheless, Pokemon of all shapes and sizes come to see you for what you do. Your job is to tend to Pokemon who are sick or injured and the supply of these needy Pokemon is never short. Sometimes, your job is easy, when all you have to do is bandage a slash to the arm. However, other times it 's harder, like times when you have to descend into a Pokemon's intestines to remove a Parasite or diagnose a cure for a poisonous berry. Despite your dangerous lifestyle, you're rarely injured, and knew how to avoid being killed when inside another Pokemon's body. As for pay, you didn't get paid, since your job provided a major incentive: it kept the predators away from you. Knowing that you served their best interests, predators generally left you unharmed.
Today was no different than any other for the Pokemon doctor, and, in your small hut, you wake up to the rise of the sun to see what Pokemon you could heal today.
