Its anus relaxes and it lets out the parts of your body that could not be used by the worgen's body. It coils into a pile of brown and has a few chunks of bone in it. The worgen feels another pressure in its bladder and a stream of fluid erupts from its penis. The worgen pushes out more waste until eventually something gets stuck in its anus. It takes a bit more pushing, but eventually your partially digested skull plops onto the pile of fertilizer, making the worgen's penis become erect from the sensation.
