You refuse the eevee, "thank you but I need to get going."
"Okay," the eevee says sadly. "It was nice meeting you Lulu, have a safe trip." She sulks away.
The sun is starting to set. You need to find a place to rest soon. You see a tree nearby. It has a big abandoned burrow in the base. It is nice and cozy and you could get a full night's sleep in there. It might be dangerous sleeping so near the ground. You could sleep up in the tree branch above. It will be cold and you will not get a good rest but you will be safer. If you sleep well you would get your Thundershock back if not you'll have to get more food in the morning.
You check out the burrow first. It's huge inside, as big as the elder's den but completely empty. It was probably a den for a large family of rattata. Wonder what happened to them? Otherwise it seems safe. It's so nice and warm too. You could definitely get a full night's sleep and have a couple of Thundershocks ready in the morning. Do you take the risk and sleep in the burrow?
