When you notice her struggling with this, you help her out, swallowing the girl down, and getting her into your stomach quicker than the progress she would have made just by herself.
The others can see the bulge that their friend makes as she enters your stomach, but you can feel every movement.
When she was first swallowed, she begin to panic. Perhaps you caught her off gaurd, or she wasn’t expecting to be swallowed. Either way, she calms down fairly quickly, and finds the armor. She bends down to pick it up, but she seems to have some trouble, as the armor doesn’t budge. She bends over and tries to get a better grip on it, but she loses her footing, and falls forward.
Uh oh. She’s stopped moving. Did she fall on the armor and hit her head? This could be bad.
