A week after Linarian's ultimatum for her succubus mother, The Daughter of Hatred, to stop eating human meat, she returned to help ease her down the path of balance. I like the concept of angelic and demonic influence being equally bat for humans, it's one of my favorite interpretations of the heaven vs hell trope.
I also like the idea of a neutral guardian of humanity who does evil and good in equal amounts in order to maintain some sort of balance. It would be cool to read about Linarian having to do something evil to maintain this balance.
