Fairies love blueberries! This poor one didn't know it was genetically enhanced, and her body had a bad reaction to it, swelling her up into a big fruit. It'll take quite a lot of juicing before she can go back to flying, but for now she'll be staying with the scientists for more research.

Just the same berry prepared differently, but yeah. Tanya's was super concentrated so it fills up a human-sized person, that dosage would absolutely kill the fairy lol.
