Mikro Organization?
That's the one. MikroOrganization, starring Kai as the tiny as he tries to get the attention of several of his friends. He first gets eaten in episode 4, but is spat out instead of swallowed. He gets eaten again in episode 6 by a different guy, and we hear him talking/thinking out loud inside his friend's stomach before he manages to force his friend to vomit him back out.
He gets eaten again by yet another person in what I believe is episode 13. It's a throwback to the scene in episode 4, except with three people instead of one, and ends with Kai trapped inside the stomach of another friend. Episode 14 subsequently starts with him managing to traverse the darkness to his friend's brain and control his movements briefly, but escapes through the ear.
And finally, he gets eaten in the final episode by the same guy who almost ate him in the first episode, except this time he actually swallows Kai - you can hear the gulp and see his Adam's apple moving. No interaction from inside him, though, as Kai escapes back through the mouth having presumably climbed out of the stomach. Which is a shame, because I think the first guy got the most attention from the vore community, moreso than the third guy to eat him.
