Oooh now this is interesting. I don't remember ever hearing that audio in my life. Also the anime feels like someone just purged it from the internet. No results for video, not even a single image survives besides the one used as thumbnail for the audio. Not a single results on Bing too. Either the anime ceased to exist on the internet, or there's some advance geo-locking shenanigans here. Still, thanks a lot for the update. Never expected to see one for that video. I'm in the UK and watched the episode. The endo is pretty poor, because it follows the design of 'caves and caverns' with random objects in them to depict an organ. I'll attach a few screenshots so you can get the general idea.
