Might be a long shot since this post is almost 10 years old at this point, but anyone remember this one? The link hasn't worked for a long time now, but this was actually pretty good.
As I recall it was a Korean anime where a girl with short purple hair and purple shirt and a yellow teddy bear fairy creature shrunk to microscopic size in a protective sphere. They then flew into a boy who wore a chicken hat's mouth because he was acting weird due to some invading germs inside him. The sphere is meant to protect them, but the sphere cracks open on one of his teeth and leaves them stuck in his mouth. He tries to swallow them and they cling to his uvula, which makes him cough and shakes them loose. As they're falling down his throat, the fairy desperately tries to cast a teleportation spell. They end up in his brain, where they meet a brain cell(?) who explains the germs are in the large intestine. So they teleport down there and fight the germs. During all this the boy is acting weird shit and acting up.
There were several other children and fairy creatures. They looked like teddy bears with little angel wings. Dunno if anyone can uncover this one again.

The original vid on the site has terrible quality (maybe because it was like a decade ago), so I upscaled it into watchable quality. Tell me if u find any problem with the link or the vid.
Also, while there is a chicken kid, they didn't go inside him, but another boy in their class (i would have prefer the blue-haired boy who's also sick, but it makes sense that they go for the source of the virus first)
