There's this Korean's children science book that's part of a series. Each volume is a completely standalone adventure with new characters. Number 19 translates as "Jonathan's Breathtaking Journey" and is about the human body. From what I've been able to decipher, he goes inside a comatose patient and gets stranded inside. No details about the host, but I'm guessing it's probably male if anything. I'll drop it here and see if anyone can unearth anything more on this one.

Really good internals, but it's just a 'body-themed' dungeon from what I can tell, so there's no real exterior or 'person' they're inside I don't think.

Here's Body Story, a 7 episode long mini-series that aired on the Discovery Channel a long time ago. Each episode is about 50 minutes long, but are composed of two segments focusing on different topics (except for two episodes, which only focuses on one). There's some good internal CGI in here and they go inside both males and females, so I'll also be labeling the host's gender as well.
