Voraciouss Galaxy Mod For Stellaris, v2.6: Pones and Kobs

Hello and welcome to my first ever modding project. I am using NovelAI to generate all the images in this mod.
I eventually plan to make this into an full on Vore mod but right now it is just species images.

WE HAVE UPDATED TO MODERN STELLARIS!!!!

TO REITERATE. ALL IMAGES IN THIS MOD ARE MADE WITH AI.

anyways welcome to Voracious Galaxy Mod v2.6.0: Pones and Kobs PART 1!
Current Features:

TONS of images: Male and Females!
Species:

Dogs, Cats, Foxes, Avali, Protogen, Kobs and more

Each species has about 24 images! Male and Female!

Female Leaders and Male Leaders now use the correct gendered Images!

This is currently for Stellaris version 3.14.

How to Install?

1) Download this folder:

2) Unzip file into your mod directory. MAKE SURE THERE IS ONLY 1 FOLDER BETWEEN THE MOD DIRECTORY AND THE DESCRIPTOR FILE!
3) remove vore_species.mod from the unzipped folder
4) Place it DIRECTLY into your mod directory
5) boot the launcher and add the mod to your playset
6) ENJOY!

IMPORTANT:
If the mod path flags as invalid edit the .mod file with notepad and edit the file path to the proper path for the vore_species files. Make sure to change any "\" to "/"

I will also do a few that are a mix of others i.e. Tigers/Lions/Cheetahs/Panthers in a big cats species

Always nice to see somebody adding options to add or remove specific species. Since I imagine somebody will ask at some point, is the goal to add in specific pictures for specific types of vore? if possible anyway.

And to be fair with 3, I think the gender preference has more to do with the site in question. I'm not partial to a specific gender of pred/prey outside of what I like to see happen, but I've seen a higher leaning of female preference on here, whereas on e621, doing a (very basic) search shows males in vore have over 100 more pages than vore with females. Though this also doesn't account for preferred species, etc.

At the moment it will all be just full belly stuff but i can definitely try in the future to add more types of vore in. Honestly stellaris is in Desperate need of a full, up-to-date vore mod with origins and storytelling as i don't think Apex Xenos has been updated in a while

but i feel you on the site specific thing, Eka's is definitely more fem pred and e6 is more male pred.

Guys big update:

So I was able to load the image into the game and make a working species image. Now I will be importing the other images and then Vore Species V1.0 Housecats will be publicly availabe.

Strange it shows up fine on my end.

Are you on game version 3.10

Or you can open the file and rename the descriptor file to the same name as the folder. Then drop that descriptor into the base mod directory

And make sure that you don't have to open a folder to open a folder to view the mod contents

I'm now working on Vore Species v1.1.0: Dogs!

This update will add anthro Dogs portraits alongside our feline ones. so far i have 10 images already generated, edited and added to the mod.

On top of adding in Canine i also plan on adding more felines to the existing housecat group, more colors and patterns is always fun!

however going forward after the dog update i will need some funding so consider supporting me on subscribestar for early access to future updates (all updates will become public within a week) as well as access to exclusive viideo content and voting rights on what species i add next!

Also a tip that I got from modifying or looking into moders files, IDK if it does it automatically when you are making it but vore_species.mod should come with a directory like this "mod/vore_species" so it adapts to the person PC, the one in the zip however comes with your directory "C:/Users/mysti/Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/mod/vore_species"
the version should and can be changed if necessary to a " * " so it works in future updates, that way it doesn't block you from playing it on upcoming updates

Thank you for bringing this to my attention it should be fixed now, as i said this is my first ever modding project. i was unaware of the fact that i needed to edit the .mod file so i have fixed it and it should all work with the new download link
