At first you had my curiosity, now you have my attention.

Before linking the discord you could ask the owner if it's okay. If not well, I am quite interested in this modding project. This game is one of the inspirations that have made me focus my attention to making a game and story first, horny vore gallery second. Now knowing there is a modding project in the works I am getting excited for this again.

apperantly there is a user on youtube called Ziggy spiderbot who is uploading Echidna wars dx content but looks like sort of debug area which shows of the diferent animations of the monsters

That´s not right. The gallery mode is a part from the base game that was added in the update from January 30 ,2017.

Just Finish the Game in any difficulty you like.

Besides Milia and Echidna, there's also Monster Girl Surprised Youki-chan. Art made by the same artist under a different dev, but fun all the same.

There's also Forest of Blue Skin which is more of an adventure-platformer and less of an arcade game. Less vore, tbh.

The distinctions just get further from there.
