Best position for inconspicuous feeding?

A third person feeds a sleeping person to another same-size sleeping person, trying to do it carefully enough not to wake any of them too soon.

Which position is more convenient? Feet first or head first for example?

How could it be done? What is the best way to handle the prey for example?

I think the pred needs a reason not to wake up like they take sleep meds

head first just because legs are floppy and you struggle to get two in at once, but its easy to push from the butt once the head is in and takes care of them struggling out with their arms if they in far enough

That's too boring. The better explanation is that both the pred and the prey followed somnaphilic practices (trying to sexually please the sleeping partner, gently and carefully, so he/she does not wake up too soon). So when the feeder does the feeding (gently and carefully as well), she caresses both the pred and the prey to make each of them believe it's just their partner experimenting in new ways with their sleeping body and as that feels unusually good this time, they try to give up to it why they can without realizing the nature of their pleasure. Thus, the feeder disguises herself as their partner for each of them while stimulating both, so they think their partner is "right here" and not getting inside/over them.

Head-first variant is good because the feeder could stimulate lower and lower parts of the prey's body as it gets inside, and when the pred finally wakes up near the end of the process of swallowing, she could hide still unswallowed feet of the prey inside her own mouth while "kissing" the pred and still trying to disguise herself as pred's partner for long enough to complete the process.

And yes, feet-first variant looks less convenient. But I'd prefer to go with it, because it allows fo the prey to wake up near the end of swallowing (when only the head is still outside) and see the eyes of the feeder for a moment and realize everything, before fully disappearing inside and digested. While the pred is still sleeping and not realizing what is going on.

So there should be some clever approach to feet-first feeding, or some other way that still allows for the head to be swallowed at the very end.
