Micro prey eats macro pred from the inside-out

Randomly remembered an episode of that old Timon and Pumbaa show, where they’re trying to hunt down a giant worm to eat, get eaten by the giant worm, then decide to just eat the giant worm from the inside, getting extremely fat in the process, (here’s the episode if you’re curious about it: https://youtu.be/BsIWYpVAOo0?si=zo9gSdXzfAAzTVbS ), and it got me in the mood for more things of that nature, where a micro prey escapes their pred by eating them from the inside-out. I typically prefer femme humanoids (girls/women, futas, femboys, etc; humans, elves, anthros, etc) to be involved somewhere in vore, as pred or prey. And while I’m ok with hard vore, I typically don’t like it being too messy, and typically prefer the prey still being alive and conscious when they reach the stomach, so my idea would basically involve the micro eating their way out of the macro’s stomach, then without missing a beat continue eating the macro essentially like soft vore (with maybe some broken bones, but otherwise not really biting chunks out of the macro). With those qualifications in mind, some ideas I had are as follows:
Similar story to the episode: giant monster eats our hero —in this case, a humanoid woman— then gets eaten from the inside by the woman.
Somewhat role reversal of the above: humanoid woman/girl eats a small feral (mouse, bug, particularly small kitten, etc), then gets eaten from the inside by the feral.
Human/human idea: lecherous micro man/boy gets caught by the macro woman/girl he was stalking and eaten by her, and having an “if I can’t have her nobody can” mindset decides to eat her from the inside out. (I’ve also been having this on/off interest in orientation play recently, so I was also thinking of having the macro be a lesbian, and for her gf/wife to get eaten shortly her somehow, but I’m not 100% how to make that work, story-wise).
I’d be interested in seeing other variations as well, but those three were the ones mainly occupying my mind. I would go looking for someone to commission, but I’m in a bit of a financial hole right now, so idk how much I want to spend on commissioning this idea, but hopefully some other people would be interested.
