Here's one that might fit a game

The hero/heroine in an opening scene is running from too many monster girls to fight, and gets bowled over the edge of a cliff by overeager pursuers. The hero and the falling monsters are swallowed by accident by a massively huge giantess. The first level is escaping her body while the eaten monsters also come after you, though in fightable numbers.
