Extreme unbirth scenario [gore warning]

I've thought of a potential unbirthing scenario that is quite extreme in its concept.

While the prey is within the womb of their predator, the prey cuts themselves open and lets their guts start to spill out. As the prey disemvowels themselves, the predator's womb has an umbilical cord latch onto the exposed organs, and the pred then disposes of the empty husk of the body to leave the prey a pile of organs sustained by their pred/"unbirth-mother".

This idea was loosely inspired by the Story "The Basement - Innards Slurping Version"https://aryion.com/g4/view/348944 by Elle. It is still my number one favourite story here on this site and I'd love more vore stories of any kind where the prey is a live pile of loose organs in their predator.
