The premise is simple.the little girl from the pull ups new leaf animated advert talks about how her new pull ups make her a perfect little baby in her mother’s womb, and proceeds to get naked, aside from her pull up, and is breastfed by her mother before being unborn. Her father then shows up and proceeds to have sex with her mother while the camera zooms into the mother’s belly and into the womb, where, upon her father dumping a load of sperm all over her in the form of a white cloud, the little girl exclaims “gasp, It’s a pull ups pregnancy, yay”, as the camera zooms out again outside the womb and shows the mother and father’s continued sex. That’s all. Like I said, it’s based on the pull ups new leaf advert animation/cartoon, same art style and everything, with all voices being the same as in the original advert, maybe even AI. Obviously this would also be an animation/cartoon itself.
