I haven't used unity too much recently so I'll need to re-learn a bit before I feel comfortable taking on a big project like this, but this is just an outline. I wrote a much longer draft detailing every stat but then realized that nobody wants to read the minute details have how every single non-vore-related system and feature will hopefully work down to the level of every variable.

Ok. So the idea is a 2.5D vore-themed RPG taking place on a procedurally generated hex tile map with elevations, floating islands and caves possible. You start as a soul/spirit thing and can take control of a character, including humans, anthro/furries, monstergirls/boys, fairies, taurs, other sentients, etc, but also including things like wild animals, monsters, or even carnivorous plants.

There would also be some things you couldn't start as, such as giants, deities, whales, and other overpowered creatures.

You could eat or unbirth/cockvore/absorb/whatever almost anything if your character has the body for it. In principle anyway. Some things would have stats that would make struggling their way out of you using force or squeezing back up your throat/wherever else pretty possible. So eating a giant isn't the easiest thing ever and nor is keeping them in. Same goes for slimes since they'll just squeeze their way out.

You could also have sex with almost anything theoretically. Though if you're a sentient your character would usually only desire to mate with other sentients, and would have other desires as well like what sentient dpecies (usually their own) and what sex (it would be a setting and characters would vary. There would also be the option to disable a gender if you want in which case everything would be homosexual).

Death would be permanent, but there would be ways to become a new character after dying. Your descendants, party members, and lovers would all be possible to become upon death. Though if they're not that interested in doing what you want then they may not be playable. The chance they are depends how much they liked your old character and vice versa.

That's also not the only area where your own character's mood and opinions would matter. Blatantly doing something against your own characters interests like fucking someone your character finds disgusting, or digesting your friends, would have consequences for your character's "mental state." Which would affect a variety of things like whether they level up, how effective they are at sleeping, communicating, etc. Keeping your character and their party members in a good mood would definitely be desirable rather than just doing things that are blatantly uncharacteristic and minmaxy. You would be able to mess with some of these things at the start if you wanted though, so that your interests align more with how your character feels about things. Also personalities would be somewhat malleable, though they would be subject to positive reinforcement. In other words, you need to like the change to change what you like.

The world would also run on it's own. At least within a certain radius of the player. If the world is too big I might have it unload or partially unload distant areas or something. All sorts of creatures would live their lives, eat each other, fuck, trade, communicate, change factions and parties, go on quests for deities, do jobs for their faction, learn new skills, get mad at other creatures for eating their friends, etc.

To the extent there is an end goal not just a vorish sandbox RPG in a highly dynamic world, my current idea would be that the player needs to investigate a cave system that has been rumored to be full of demons.

More plot ideas:
Spoiler: show
This turns out to be the case, and the cave system actually leads to the underworld, with a demonic deity consuming both captive sentients and other demons and wielding an army of the partially-digested undead.

The goal is to eat this demonic deity, however, when you do, this will trigger a second chain of events. Previously, this demonic deity had hidden in the material plane and closed it off from the otherworld where the deities live (deities themselves can still enter the world at will, but nothing else from those dimensions comes or goes). Apocalyptic cultists lead by a particular deity will begin trying to open gateways which allow otherworldly beings to enter, however, you can't go through these gateways in the other direction.

You will need to find another way to the otherworld. Deities can normally come and go as they please, but you're not a deity. Instead you'll need to hitch a ride from one and manage to survive. Then you need to close the portals from the otherworld side and eat the cultist's deity.

Or you could just not. The main questline would be essentially optional until you've eaten the demonic deity. The effects of the demons on the material plane would probably grow over time but not nearly as rapidly or destructively as the otherworld invasion would be if left unchecked.
