Concept: Unbirth to Absorption By External Proxy

Long story short:

Subject A unbirths Subject B

Subject B remains in Subject A's womb long enough for an umbilical cord to form, connecting the two.

Subject A births Subject B before any significant regression can occur.

Subjects A and B remain connected via umbilical cord trailing from Subject A's vagina to Subject B's navel; the cord is not cut or detached and the placenta/afterbirth is not expelled

Subject A oral vores Subject C, begins digesting them

Digested nutrients from Subject C are sent through the umbilical cord into Subject B to be absorbed into the latter's body

Subject B begins to change, gaining attributes absorbed by the digested Subject C, while Subject A remains relatively unchanged.

Subject A may repeat process with other individuals, further umbilically feeding Subject B with nutrients and traits taken from digested subjects.

Subject B may be a willing participant in this process possibly suggesting further victims for their "proxy", or a victim forced to watch and feel as Subject A devours more and more people to fill and change Subject B to their whims. Subject B may be restrained or otherwise prevented from severing the umbilical cord in the latter case.



So yeah, basically I've seen the idea done before where an unbirthed subject is fed indirectly by whoever their unbirther eats and digests, at least one case including the unbirthee gaining the absorbed attributes of the digested subject, but I thought it would be interesting to try this situation where the unbirthee is outside the womb while still connected to it, allowed if not forced to watch the process as it happens and being either unable or unwilling to do anything about it.
