Honestly, i was thinking of a setting where vore is either illegal or not well known, and it's a setting where sadly, there are people that are still suicidal or want to die...but can't or don't want to do it by themselves, so there is a dark web place where people who want to die meet online with people who just love torturing or killing people so they can meet for a first and final time.
And thus a prey goes to a meeting with a promising killer in order to be eaten and die, or just think it will be a normal stabbing and be done with it unaware that the future killer is someone that will eat them alive.
Honestly, i just like the premise of the pred getting willing or somewhat willing prey to come through illegal or disturbing means.
