Okay, so I recently had an idea for a scenario that quite intrigues me.
Okay, so you take a rich/well-to-do woman. And with her wealth, she indulges in her gluttony regularly, becoming fatter and fatter. And amidst her binges, she’s been known to eat dinner guests and/or servants - either obliviously during one of her feeding frenzies, or on purpose.

Interesting, or uses her money to slim down faster after however many vores so she doesn't get too big or unhealthy, less that doesn't bother her, then all the equipment it'd take to help her move or other things.
Bonus points if she's all posh and what not too, or punishes a servant by eating their kid that they stupidly brought to work.
I like the idea where even if she eats guests/servants, she somehow does it in stealth, and pays any grieving families who either have no idea what happened, or do yet need hush money.
