Also, you shouldn't be that afraid of this thread dying out, Tomato. In the course of 13 days this thread has had 13 responses (including this one). That's quite a lot by this forum's standards, so I suspect fewer people will post now. Keep in mind that other threads like the mouth zoom-in one have been around for years; and it's also a lot less vague. This thread deals with a very specific topic, so I suspect that not that many people know a situation where a youtube personality flashes their throat in a video, which is usually a random thing.

I did a quick watch of these links and I have found one in the first video at 8:49, another in the second video at 9:08 and a last one in the third link at 6:12
I may have missed some because I didn't watched them in their entirety, just used that handy preview thumbnail thingy when you hover your mouse on the red bar.
