Microsoft Edge still plays flash, copy the link into it. I don't know where it's from, I wish the uploader would have given a better title, or a description, or tags.

Just click on the lock in the URL when it does that. It'll allow you to switch Flash players on, but you need to reload the page afterwards.

I might have found out the name of the anime but I'm not sure. You can search characters by name on Myanimelist and there are a few named Light (beside the obvious one), so maybe "Light vore pov" refers to a Light. One of them is a dinosaur in an anime movie called Omae Umasou da na, and the art style look similar.
