The story takes place in a world where 5% of the population is born with a superpower and a supply of mana that lets them use it. A cruel young woman named Phoebe, who has the power to distort space, discovers that you can absorb another person’s ability and mana if that person dies within the walls of your body. So using her power to increase the amount of space in her throat and stomach, Phoebe goes on a feeding spree, eating anyone with a power and turning any unpowered person standing in her way into her living toilet.

Once she’s devoured tens of people and stolen their powers, she frees a number of powered criminals and recruits them into an army to deliver more powered victims to her. Zac, a man working for the government division which tracks powered criminals, stumbles onto her plan and barely manages to save his younger sister Mia.

Mia is a kind young woman with the power to shrink things. After Zac saves her from one of Phoebe’s henchmen, he convinces her that she’ll need to eat the criminal in order to gain the power to defend herself. She reluctantly complies, then decides to hunt her other henchmen until she’s powerful enough to stop her and save the world.

Phoebe catches them in the act, and is about to consume Mia, until Zac reveals his secret power and warps Mia away through time.
