Wow that is like some body horror nightmare fuel material right there. However it did give me a idea on how to spin this type of story into something that could be more of a endo like story about a female stuck inside a woman's vagina living inside it for a long period of time. I mean a better story would be roughly this one but with a sentient twin. Like she was just never born and she's been living inside of her for the entirety of her life until one day she gets pregnant and the baby that comes out is her fully grown twin at which point she could like take revenge and become her sister while keeping her inside

Eznam, The Venture Brothers kind of did a male version of this. The lead character absorbed his twin in the womb and never knew it, then in adulthood he got sick and it turned out he had a fully-formed dwarf brother living in his stomach. The twin was apparently somehow aware of his brother's thoughts and they'd experienced everything together, so he had a fully developed personality and he'd spent his entire life frustrated and angry. When he got out he was very vengeful at first, but he soon calmed down and went on to become a super scientist and business tycoon. Yeah, The Venture Brothers is a pretty special show...
