Well, I've been thinking of concepts previously, that I'm glad to share. Though it all depends on the level of interactivity and what gameplay you have in mind.
I got a bit inspired by vorewars and how vore was integrated into the combat there fairly smoothly.
If you go for an RPG with turn based combat and such then having abilities that revolve around UB would be interesting, such as different passive and active traits you unlock along the way, can both be prey and predetor.
Example, Lets assume a party of 4 not too uncommon in most RPG makers and similar engines. Two preds and two prey, they all have different abilities and traits that revolve around that. Being able to UB to take an enemy out of combat, or as prey responding with sexual pleasure to avoid escape a trapped/fatal/team change fate.
Could even synergize, say a on the team a prey has a trait that gives a positive bonus to a predetor once inside and/or a predetor that has gone for non agressive vore (as in having no impact on enemies besides removal) vore team mates to get bonuses in other aspects of the "combat".
UB has a lot of aspects to it that could be integrated as well, the combat could be sexually focused besides the vore if so. And a lot of different fetishes from multiple vore, to endo, "race" change and recruitment can be integrated as traits and strategies to level up and focus on.
Besides such a game, I'd like to se one where the prey UB was not a fail state. There is a lot of that and I think it is contrary to what some one might be looking for.
You want that content, but you have to lose to get it? Feels wrong every time I try a game with such a loop.
An example might be the dating-esq simulators, one can make a game focused on "feeding" and/or sex.
Where the sexual satisfaction of the UB might be the objective, or that the girl wish to absorb and you play as her partner finding prey to feed her.
As for a game with prey fail states, such a game could be a horror, in that you have little agency besides try to avoid it.
Throwing other people under the buss - so to speak to prolong your escape and the girl might even change as you do so increasing the difficulty, then you get the content without having to lose, but with one if you lose the loop too.
As for predetor focused games there are a lot of options as the UB does not have to result in a fail state.
Personally I am partial to slow vore where it has emotionally invested and none fatal, but here the quicker vore can make a game interesting, as the more you absorb the more you level.
Could be a stealth game, where getting the level inside you might be the objective. Or an RPG with previously mentioned combat above, minus the prey on the team.
Maybe one where your aim is to become a "Brood mother" by UB as a strategy game, making a kingdom by reverting allegiances.
There are a lot of options as other users also has discussed here and seeing as this is your first, you should give us a realistic scope of what you are trying to make in order for us to really help you.
For it is easy to brainstorm ideas without limits.
