Some voreaphiles here are comparing this to the digestive process of the stomach, but all I see is a mouth full of incredibly strong teeth leisurely crushing and tearing flesh and bone into pulpy chunks and swallowing them down.

That... That was awful. ;_;
But I'm a vegetarian, my opinions don't matter.

It always makes me laugh when people talk about their faith in god. They know nothing of the horrors of this world; of humanity in general.

I appreciate being able to see this, even though this doesn't strike my hard vore fancy (nothing in real life does, knowing it's real). This helps to solidify my world view and I can only hope that death before this came swiftly for these creatures.

I guess they meant that the mess is similar.. ;)

But yeah, it resembles a mouth more than a stomach. Hmmm perhaps it could be compared to some sort of gizzard too, where stones are grinding up the swallowed-whole prey.. ?

I see it as a metaphor for the utterly merciless and indiscriminating nature of a creature's insides, that are occasionally brushed against and often ignored by the majority of our fantasies.

I simply meant that the process as a whole: reduction of an animal from a whole body into a pulpy mess is similar in its destruction to the entire process of consumption from mouth to stomach. I wasn't being all that literal though!

Believe me, i know where you're coming from there. I too often feel as though my beliefs are scoffed at here - as if having vorish fantasies means i ought to love eating dead animals myself. ...buh.
And likewise, i feel that any god who would give other animals feelings and then watch as it let them be subjected to the horrors and pain of humankind's world would have to be some kind of infinitely evil sadist. Definitely no creator i'd lend any faith to!
Thanks for expressing your opinion here!

It is kind of terrifying to watch, namely how the mechanical teeth just destroy and grind the animals into a pulp. Machines like this make me a tad queasy, as I think, and worst case scenario is someone or something falling in and that machine just tearing them apart in seconds. The parallel to this and the human system is kind of interesting, as that is what we do to our food, grind and chew until its a mess to easily swallow and digest. The whole action of this machine, something as simple as rotating with a row of teeth is rather mesmeric to watch so to speak, to me at least, then again I have a large interest in industry and such.

Also, if machines start an uprising, lets hope that this thing does not become sentient!

That's actually a relatively small one. Some of the plants in the Midwest, especially in big meatpacking centers like Dodge City, KS and Green Bay, WI, can handle parts from up to 300 cows at a time. Usually it's the lower grade portions of the cow, which make up about 50% of its mass (so really its equivalent 150 whole cows), that go in to the shredder, after everything more valuable than hamburger has been picked out through the disassembly line. The mere fact that this shredder only occasionally takes in animals and is unused most of the time, without even a regular conveyor belt to take on animals without a freaking, gasoline-expending backhoe showing up, tells you it's a low-volume shredding unit, used primarily for animals that expire in conditions that do not meet the quality expected for higher quality food, such as accidental death, illness, or (in the case of breeding, milk, or wool animals) old age. It may be located on-site on a farm.

The Ford assembly line was adapted from the disassembly line that had been in use for almost 100 years in the meatpacking industry. Basically, Ford took the existing disassembly line, and worked in reverse. That shredder is also very similar in design to the weight sorting/disintegrating machines used in recycling facilities to separate out heavier/lighter plastics and recyclable steel from old crumpled up car cubes. Those deposit the consituent materials sorted for weight by how fast the shredder can spin them.

I've had a number of voraphilic fantasies involving being shredded and then eaten as a burger, by a girl who previously tied me up and used me as a slave.

Yes, I'm a voraphile manufacturing engineer - weep in terror. :wink:

This morning I nearly puked. Tonight I nearly came. Strange how I can have both of those reactions to this.

Isn't it funny how that works? It's something great pornography and great dark literature have in common. I reacted the same way when I read this wonderful tall tale:
