The Camper and the Serpent (snake/f, unwilling)

Thought I would post an old story. This is the first vore story I wrote, over a year ago.

The mountains made for a refreshing trip this time of year, and Kara was eager to blaze her trail far from the hustle and bustle of the nearby city. It was a trip of spontaneity, really. She was thankful for her occasionally dull office job and her easily excitable friends, but she felt that a woman like her needed to retreat into the calm abyss of nature.

She knew she would be walking far, so she packed light. A lone backpacked contained everything she might need in a pinch, although she wasn’t afraid to rough it. The objects that anyone could call luxurious would be her one-man tent, and her hammock, tightly packed. And her phone, of course, although she vowed to only use it for emergencies. She even skimped on dressing, opting for a simple tank top and khaki shorts that gave her thighs modest shaping. This was all she felt she needed, only staying out in the wilderness for one night, and she always kept extra blankets in the car if she really needed to throw in the towel. She liked feeling bare to the earth; it gave her sense of one-ness with nature, and allowed her to castaway all of her urban worries with newfound freedom.

Plus, Kara thought, she would finally be free from the catcalls and horn-dog coworkers who gave her the eye-scan if she walked by with so much as a knee showing.

But something was scanning her. Unbeknownst to her, a creature was shifting quietly in the trees higher up the mountain, using its keen eyesight to spy on the woman. But it did not lust. It moved with a more primal urgency, as it slithered over the bark.

--

It had been hours since Kara pitched her tent, and she decided to spend the last few hours of the day lounging in her hammock. She was excited to see the sun set, and actual stars in the sky without the light pollution from the city. Just as the sun touched the horizon, she decided that she wanted at least one photo of the sunset, and grudgingly climbed out of the hammock and approached her tent. She wasn’t pleased with herself for breaking her own rule, but something about this sunset felt special, and she wanted to capture it.

In her tent, she just picked up the phone when she suddenly heard a loud rustle of bushes, several thick branches snapping, and the yelp of what seemed to be some animal. Kara froze for a moment before finally deciding to poke her head out of the tent.

A deer was currently wrapped in her hammock. It appeared to have dived out of the nearby bushes and got in the strings, and was now weakly struggling to escape the fabric.

Kara’s heart lightened slightly, and she couldn’t help but giggle as she left her tent. She approached the hammock slowly, but the deer did not seem to calm down at all despite her best attempts to be unintimidating. She quickly untied one end, and the deer fell about a foot onto the earth, where it was finally able to break free and dash past her.

It happened so quickly that by the time Kara turned around, the deer had become nothing more than rustling leaves on the other side of the campsite. She smiled after it. Looks like she would have to re-tie the hammock.

But another rustling from behind her got her attention. She quickly turned around and came face to face with a large python, whose body was hanging from at least thirty feet into the abyssal canopy above. It gazed at her with its cold, slit eyes, and Kara caught a split-second glimpse of its tongue as it tasted the air around her.

“O-Oh!” Kara’s voice sounded alien to her, as it was unnaturally high-pitched, and croaked with disuse due to her isolation. “H-hello there, love.” Her legs froze up, and her brain couldn’t think straight despite all of the overtime it seemed to be putting in. She did not like the way it was looking at her. It wasn’t the same perverted stare of her coworkers who wanted to get her to spread for them; it was a more primal, and knowing stare. A knowing stare that seemed to summarize her being into the hierarchy of its kingdom. While she was paralyzed with fear, it seemed to own her. But still, it took Kara far too long to realize why she was afraid. It only just dawned on her why the deer was so eager to get away, and she now worried that this snake might have found a different prey.

“So…I…come here often?” Humor. Of all the reactions, Kara had to crack a joke. She wasn’t feeling the least bit jovial, and yet she couldn’t get her legs to move but she still found the energy to act stupid. With all of her might, she finally began to back away slowly, a lump rising in her throat as the head of the snake swayed ever closer towards her.

“I know what you might be thinking…but there’s now I’m really that tasty, Mr. Snake…I don’t make for very good meat…” Kara shuddered at the thought. She was meat, and that seemed to contend with the identity she held in the city as a woman. And suddenly, the thought of skyscrapers and light pollution didn’t seem so bad anymore. Instead of a scream, she let out a half-sigh, half-whimper and tried to turn around, but her legs seemed to overcompensate for their lack of use, and she suddenly found herself sprawled on the ground. Before she could recompose herself, she felt the ground rumble as the massive body of the snake hit the earth floor behind her. In spite of her fear she turned around and saw that it’s head was rearing up, tongue flaring. For all of the movements of its coils, the head stayed still as it gazed down at her. She froze again, as if pleading to a god, and hated herself that the only thought she could maintain in her panic was how the snake’s tongue seemed so unusually small for one this size.

She then remembered the phone in the pocket of her shorts, and whipped it out as quickly as she could. Big mistake. Before she could so much as flick her screen, her head became a slimy darkness, as the snake finally moved in. Her scream that had been building up for moments was deafened by the serpent’s maw, and only she could hear it. In her shock, she dropped her phone, and the snake’s jaws clamped down on her shoulders and began lifting her up. Kara felt the tongue streaking the edge of her cheeks, over the bridge of her nose, over her eyelids which she determinedly kept shut, while on the outside her body was flailing wildly, her legs kicking. Right before her feet completely left the ground, she felt her foot kick her phone, and a pit fell in her stomach. Losing that might as well have sealed her fate, as she was turned from an urban bombshell into a helpless forest doe.

The inside of the snake’s maw seemed to emanate a hissing sound that felt otherworldly. It reverberated over her wet and bare shoulders in revelry. As the snake’s head rose higher, Kara was brought further into the snake’s maw as her angle steepened and steepened. She felt her breasts enter the slimy maw, with the tongue eager to greet them. She was being thoroughly tasted, it seemed, and to a reptile, her supple mammaries were nothing more than extra nutrients for the cold machine. Wet confines of the snake seeped into her thin shirt, and her skin suffered a chill where the neckline met bare skin. She was pulled in further to her abdomen, and Kara was truly panicking down. If her center of gravity was engulfed, escape would be impossible for her. She swung her lungs together as hard as she could, and the snake seemed to hesitate, as if in shock.

With a momentary flight of joy, Kara felt her body slide back a few inches, and she felt the chill of mountain her on her saliva-covered midriff. But the snake quickly recovered before Kara could strike again, and it quickly engulfed her middle once more. Kara moaned in despair; her efforts had only seemed to bug her captor which now endeavored to slurp her up more quickly, and her stunt had caused her top to ride up almost completely, baring her torso to the tongue with now inspected every new curve of her toned body.

Before long, the waist of her shorts were being skirted by the serpent’s wet maw, and it eagerly engulfed her up to her thighs. Kara’s face was now facing the putrid abyss of the long serpent body, and as she felt the skin of her legs being tasted, she began to sob and flail weakly. She thought of the silly boa constrictor song they always sung at school when she was little. “O-oh my…it’s up to m-my thighs…” she spoke through tears. She hated herself for applying humor to a situation she knew wouldn’t be helped by it. The hissing of the snake rung through her ears louder, though, as if to appreciate her momentary light-heartedness. As if to say, yes, Kara, you are my meal.

Kara’s thighs were now trailing down the snake’s throat, thoroughly tasted and passing inspection. She felt her womanhood quiver between her legs as the tongue passed over it, shielded only by the thin layer of shorts that did not shield her from saliva. By the time as her calves and feet passed over the edge of the serpent’s mouth, where dry scale met fleshy, all-consuming interior, Kara had thoroughly lost hope. Her will seemed to shatter the moment her feet lost contact with the mountain air, and even though she could not see, the snake’s innards seemed even darker. Strangely, she finally opened her eyes here to meet pitch blackness, as if to confirm her final fate after all this time of struggling.

“No…no no no…please, oh God, no…” Kara’s tears that were lost in shock for a bit now returned as reality was sleeping in. The sudden lack of motion steadied her mind in time for her to comprehend her new position. The snake’s undulating along the ground kneaded her body, like a tight, constricting massage that would never end. The fluids of the stomach began to tingle lightly on her skin. Why had she exposed so much of her flesh? No. Meat. She was a bolus of meat now, coated by spit and ready to be taken in by the nature around her, starting with this king of the trees. Her role as a city woman ended the moment she lost her phone, the moment it set eyes on her, the moment she froze, because then while her mind did not know it, her body was well aware that its ultimate role in life was about to be fulfilled. She was born, fed, educated, and worked so she may become food for this creature. When her high school biology teacher made quips about hapless prey being devoured by hunters and relinquishing their energy, she would roll her eyes and laugh with the students around her. How could she know that her purpose would lead her to be part of that story directly? She was truly one with nature now. She would be broken down. She would be scattered among the veins of the serpent, and rested in the soil of the mountain.

But for now, the king of serpents coiled up, crushing the doe’s tent, and gazed up at the last rays of the sun, as clear stars began appearing in the sky.

Great story, the details and thoughts/dialogue was perfect for a story with this length. Kara also seemed to be quite a nice girl, too bad the snake caught her first :gulp:

This is extremely good for a first vore story! The pacing is natural and smooth, and I liked the execution of the city-girl-meets-the-food-chain theme. Another key to success was the allegory of the snake to the overcoming coworkers; Kara's humorous reactions made a wonderful bridge here. I hope to see more fics from you in the future!
