I know... I wish we could definitively know what happened to the guy. I spoke to him a few times, he was cool.

From what i remember a few years back he was unfortunately killed in an accident i think, Duam was definitely one of the best Vore guys around, he could do everything really well.

Such a shame

I haven't gotten any evidence that he died, but wherever he is, however he is, I wish him well.

Definitely was a truly skilled writer. He really put effort into his writing that's so impossible to find.

Woah. Wow I remember him being around for years and years. That would be sad if he's dead. It would be a bit weird if his vore works were his legacy.

Never forget. He was truly one of the best vore writers I've ever come across. Ishara will always be among my favorites in vore. Right next to Felarya.

Well.. It's now been over 5 years since Duamutef has updated his website. Wherever he may be, dead, or alive, I wish him well. A true voraphile he is. Loved and respected by many for his writings. Ishara is his Felarya for lack of a better term. If only he had left behind some note, or disclaimer saying where he wanted his work to go. We the community could continue his work. And Ishara would be among the current vore enthusiasts, rather than at the bottom of a page where people stumble upon it by accident.

May this universe one day be returned to its former glory.

Just googled his name and found that he made a vore rpg. I am trying to get it to run but it doesn't want to seem to work. I followed the instructions on his site but none of them work either.

You can find a more likely to work version of his game in his section of the portal. viewtopic.php?f=52&t=35442

It's too bad really, he had a unique writing style. It hooked you right away, You very rarely see an author that can balance imagery with a good story. In the 15 years I've been reading I've found very few (3 to be exact) that I truly believe were superb in every aspect of their writing. And i think i can add duam to that list, (Mostly because of shells) Even fewer authors can make you feel about the story. Give a deep emotional connection. I'm sorry he's no longer around, but am glad for the gift he gave the community.

Oh wow, I remember him when I was first one this site, a good 5 or more years ago!

It's weird to see how many who were 'regulars' back then have vanished or moved onto other things, I very abruptly left the entire Vore community for 5 years, so you never know if someone might come back...

Duamutef definitely got me deeper into my fantasy, that is for certain.

Hell, it made me want to create more works involving vore.

Playing VRPG was quite an experience.

I've read several of his stories as well.

I think I might have discovered his work after the last time he did anything as far as updates go (I don't remember precisely).

You know what I find kind of funny?

Most writers of F/F vore are boys.

I wonder if I'm the only F/F vore writer/creator that isn't...

As today marks the 7-year anniversary of Duamutef's last login, I figured I'd do some digging into where he might have gone.

I'm not sure who began the story of his passing but from what I've been able to gather, Duam is alive and well.

I would have contacted the guy but as it seems he intentionally left the site, I figured it was best to let well enough alone.

I wonder why so few people have used the world he created, Isharia, as story settings.
I mean, "The Long Way Home" was friggin' awesome as hell! That world is just ripe for storytelling, and sits unused. Just so much wasted potential...
