Looking for an old set of stories

So this is hoing back quite a few years, but there was a series of stories where aliens were ravaging the earth and eating just about everyone. They were mostly attractive women with tentacles, i think. Cant seem to find them anywhere, but figured id reach out and see if anyone remembers them from that vague description, and if anyone knows where they can be found.
