One of the two winners of my holiday raffle failed to reply to many PMs over the course of three or so weeks, and so I am rescinding Limduhl1's win. This happened a couple of years ago too, with the eventual result being that Sneak the coyote got a strip drawn as the replacement winner. I do not have time to re-roll today -- I prefer to do it in front of witnesses and there's no one awake in the OOC room -- so when I get back from my family get-together Monday I will roll a new winner.

I would assume yes as trying to get all those people interested to try and respond within a few hours is unfair to them. As well, Strega probably has a spreadsheet with names and numbers already so it is simpler.
