Technical note on the chatroom dice: the last time I played with them a few months ago, they most they would do was a d100; if you said !1d200 you'd only get 1d100. It would tell you if it had limited to 100, like:
Eupeptic: !1d200
Park Security: Dice: 1 Sides: 100 Result: 42
This is no problem until you get >100 entries.

That's easily gotten around. Do multiple rolls. Split the group of entries into multiple groups, say Group A and Group B (assuming that there aren't 201+ entries) and roll a D2, or say odd or even or whatnot, than roll for the remaining eligable entries.
