Given the later closing time, she opted to take a shortcut through some woods between the store and her neighborhood, not wanting to take longer by taking the long way home.

As she made her way through the woods, she'd pause and tense up as she heard a twig snap, wondering if it was a mistake to come this way in the dark.

Vivian just seemed to get more and more perplexed by this. One, she was being told she wouldn't be digested, but at the same time she was trying to understand whether she was being asked to give a belly massage or whether this dragon was saying she'd get massaged by their belly instead.

Eventually, she just let out a defeated sigh. "Well, it's not like I could run away in either case. Do to me what you must." Honestly, she was preparing for the worst.

Being eaten had gone so fast for Vivian it had practically been a blur, and soon she found herself deep in the guts of the dragon she'd met. The walls were soft and her surroundings were warm, so it actually was fairly comfortable, so long as acids didn't get introduced. She'd start to massage the stomach walls as asked. "It's comfortable enough. I'm keeping my end of this deal, so I hope you do yours!" However, she didn't even know what her reward was supposed to be.
