Re: Backend Upgrade -> Future Development
As a slight update, I'm noting the 'weird boxes' problem happens in wordpad when you use shift-enter to go to a new line. Pressing just enter doesn't seem to cause them.
This is tricky but a workable solution to that problem for now! Thanks for all the work with the site!

Re: Backend Upgrade -> Future Development (Now with HTML5)
HTML5 video in the gallery should work now. Flash should no longer be required for the gallery.
Uploading video should also work. If you experience a problem with your new or old upload, it is best to re-upload them in a common format. Old FLV video will need to be converted back to MP4/avi/etc to play correctly in the gallery.
All old FLV animations are still available for download and will be playable with dedicated Flash player indefinitely.

This might just be my paranoia talking, but I feel like I should ask.
Will this be a problem for the portal? I feel like if people can freely upload video than it will start eating up storage and bandwidth.

Just a normal person.

Can we PLEASE have some means of telling pictures from stories-with-thumbnails?

Something like that on the Latest Updates page would be nice, yes.
Seems to be an oversight.

Something that's easy to see... those icons are smegging tiny and I never knew they existed.
And please tell me where they are on the 'browse by tags' page?

The same one that also shows your watches and blog posts, when you click on the number of submissions/messages/etc

Re: Backend Upgrade -> Future Development - New: HTML5 suppo
Thanks so much Leshana for everything you do on the site, it's very appreciated!
Also I was wondering, does it support HTML5 games yet, too? (The new Flash Game replacement) Or is it strictly HTML5 videos for now? I'm in the process of remaking my Flash Games into HTML5 format so I'm just curious - either way thanks! :3
