The “Starhunter” was barely controllable as they piloted a course toward the island on the class M planet beneath them. This was the source of the intermittent staccato radio waves. The closer they had gotten to the planet, the slower their computers had gotten. Now, they were running on minimal programs, all but essential guidance had been shut down to try and make an emergency landing. Too late, the staccato radio signal had been identified as a warning to stay away, in an obscure Terran communication called “Morse Code”.
On the ground, a young woman wearing a corset and bustle, her hair under a top hat with goggles on the hatband, watched from horseback. Hundreds of miles away, a hunting party of fairies watched. Elsewhere, other “fantasy” creatures watched a huge, fire belching object, or monster, of metal blaze through the sky and come to rest on the Isle of Queensland.
The damage is repairable, but they’ll need to reboot the mainframe to factory settings and program workarounds to deal with the tech-hostile environment. A team is chosen to travel to the city a week’s walk away, and see if they can find material for repairs and fuel.
Meanwhile, several fantasy races sent scouts to check on the strange falling star.
This RP is the classic “Starfaring race crash lands on a magical “fantasy” world” trope. Up to 6 RP’ers can participate, as “Team Fantasy World” or “Team Galactic Alliance”.
“Fantasy” characters are typical fantasy races who’d be drawn to the sight of a crashing starship. Gnomes would be thinking “Was that a flying machine? Cool! Maybe I can copy the plans.” Dwarves would think “maybe I can salvage the metal for some cash”. Elves would think “We’d better check if that’s a threat”. Fairies would think “Ohhh, shiny! Lets check it out!” Orcs would think “I wonder if their weapons are as advanced as their craft. Maybe they’ll trade”. Lizard men, goblins and Yuan-Ti would think “If that blows up, the crew’s body parts will be crunchy. Yum!” Humans could think any of the above. Fighters think like orcs, wizards like gnomes, thieves like dwarves. Note that Clerics can cast maximum 3rd level clerical spells, except near their home church, druids are run as normal AD&D but have a vorish reincarnation option for reasons that will be clarified later. Dragons, Naga’s, Beholders, undead and other overwhelming monsters won’t appear, both because it’s a relatively civilized area and because they’re too unbalancing (“The dragon eats everybody. Game over” won’t be happening unless you piss off the GM).
The crew of the Starhunter, a medium
The goal of the RP is for the crew of the Starhunter to interact with natives, get to civilization, get what they can for repairs and fuel, and get off planet safely with minimal loss of life on all sides. Players can decide the nature of the crew, but they aren’t bloodthirsty though they may be criminal. The goal of the natives is to see if the crew is a threat, or if there’s something they have in common to trade.
Vore: Most fantasy races you’ll encounter will more likely be hard vore, if they eat people (orcs, lizard men, goblins, insectoids, etc.) Your best bet at soft vore would be to find a wizard with a shrink spell and a twisted imagination.
Sex: Not just tolerated but encouraged.
Environment: Temperate, Mediterranean to mountain and seacoast, that allows magic but inhibits technology. There’s a reason they haven’t gotten past the “Steampunk” level of technology.
So if you’re interested, use the following format to apply (since we had trouble crewing the Starhunter, I'll use a Gn'hothi as an example):
Character Name, Species, Gender & Team: Mneta Ulara, Gn'hothi, female, Team Galactic Alliance.
Appearance: About 4' 5" tall, Black chest length hair, pale skin, makeup to match other women around her, C-cups, waifishly thin, wears skintight latex looking white uniform with black trim, a wide utility belt and flat heeled boots. Mneta's species, the Gn'hoth, apparently evolved from tarsier like primates. Their eyes are huge, making them look like Anime drawings come to life, and most humanoid species find them incredibly cute. The drawing below is a Tarsier, imagine those eyes in a human face
Weapons: laser pistol (currently too slow for an effective fast weapon but can still start fires or deliver damage as an overload burst then drain) and dagger as a side arm.
Personality: Professional but timid, aroused by fear, will attempt seduction to gain allies.
